Zheela Sherzad M. Hadad is a licensed pharmacist and lecturer at the Faculty of Pharmacy at Qaiwan International University (QIU).
She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Eastern Mediterranean University (2020) and a Master of Clinical Pharmacy with distinction from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (2026).
She is dedicated to academic excellence through teaching, research, and academic collaborations. Her research interests lie in clinical pharmacy, with a focus on diseases of the integumentary system and the impact of comorbidities on treatment outcomes. She is also interested in pharmacoepidemiology, real-world evidence, patient-reported outcomes, and medication safety, with an emphasis on the rational and evidence-based use of medications in both clinical and community settings.
Prior to her current role, she served as a laboratory teaching assistant at Qaiwan International University from 2022 to 2024, where she gained valuable teaching experience through delivering practical laboratory sessions and supporting the practical training of pharmacy students.
In addition to her academic responsibilities, she serves as the Media and Communications Coordinator for the Faculty of Pharmacy, where she plays a key role in managing faculty communications, promoting academic and social activities, and enhancing the faculty’s digital presence.
